Can I migrate from my current tools?
Yes. Free migration support on every plan. Concierge migration (we do it for you) on Agency. We've migrated teams from HoneyBook, Dubsado, ManyRequests, SuiteDash, and custom Notion setups. Most migrations take 1–3 days.
How deep does the white-labeling go?
Custom domain (portal.youragency.com), your logo, your favicon, your colors, custom email templates, SMTP, and full "Powered by" removal on Growth+. Your clients will never see the word "Optimo."
Do you charge transaction fees on billing?
No. You connect your own Stripe account. You pay Stripe's standard 2.9% + $0.30. We never touch your money and we never add a margin.
What counts as a "seat"?
A seat is a team member in your agency — designers, PMs, account managers. Invited clients are always free and unlimited. The Starter plan has 1 seat. Growth includes 2. Agency includes 5. Extra seats are $20/mo each.
How does the AI inbox work?
When a client messages you, click "Suggest reply." Claude reads the full thread, pulls their service history and past messages, and drafts a reply. You edit if needed, hit send. Growth includes 500 AI drafts/month. Agency includes unlimited drafts under fair use.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — the Starter plan is free forever. 3 clients, 1 active service, basic portal, task board, and messaging. No credit card required. Upgrade when you outgrow it.
Can my clients see my other clients?
Never. Every client is fully siloed. They see only their own services, messages, tasks, reports, and invoices. Row-Level Security (RLS) is enforced at the database level via Supabase — it's not just UI-hidden, it's cryptographically impossible to access another client's data.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point a CNAME like portal.youragency.com and we handle SSL. Available on Growth and Agency plans.
