Is there really a free plan?

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever — 3 clients, 1 service, basic portal. No credit card. Upgrade whenever you need more.

What does "2 Months Free" on annual mean?

Pay for 10 months, get 12. That's ~17% off. You can switch between monthly and annual anytime.

Do you charge transaction fees?

No. You connect your own Stripe account. You pay Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30. We never take a cut.

What counts as a "seat"?

A seat = a team member (designer, PM, account manager). Invited clients are always free and unlimited.

What happens if I hit the 500 AI draft limit?

You can still type replies manually. The limit resets monthly. Or upgrade to Agency for unlimited drafts under fair use.

Can I migrate from ManyRequests / HoneyBook / Dubsado?

Yes. Free migration support on all plans. Concierge (we do it for you) on Agency. Most migrations take 1–3 days.
